Lesson 16 gives you the space to synthesize the nine notes you have trained on the previous lessons.

📐 The Consolidation Phase

Success in Lesson 16 isn't about speed; it's about symmetry. As you navigate from the thick bass strings to the thin trebles, keep your right-hand movement strictly vertical. This ensures your tonal quality remains consistent across the entire instrument.

⏳ The Efficiency Audit

This is the perfect time to audit your "3 Golden Rules." Are your fingers still curved on the bass strings? Are you still hugging the fret-wire on the treble strings? Treat this lesson as a blueprint for your long-term habits.

🔔 The Plucking Gait

Continue the strict i-m alternation. Whether using apoyando (rest stroke) for depth or tirando (free stroke) for clarity, ensure the "walking" motion never breaks during string transitions.

The Play along

I've found that at the begining of the learning journey it can be very helpful to have a recording to follow along. Remember that you can easily change YouTube video playback speed on any device by clicking the settings gear icon, selecting Playback speed, and choosing a different speed from the menu, or even setting a custom speed.
