We process this data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), adhering strictly to the principles of lawful processing, good faith, transparency, and data minimization (Art. 6 nFADP).

  • Delivering digital sheet music (PDFs) and course materials.

  • Managing lesson bookings via Wix Bookings and conducting 1-on-1 sessions via Zoom.

  • Processing payments and subscription billings in CHF via Stripe and TWINT.

  • Sending transactional notifications, booking reminders, and periodic updates (where opted-in).

Note on Live Lessons: Video lessons conducted via Zoom are never recorded without your explicit prior written consent.

Our website is built on the Wix platform. Your data is stored behind firewalls on secure servers provided by Wix. Payment processing complies with strict PCI-DSS standards.

To provide our services, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Switzerland, including EU/EEA member states (Germany, Ireland), Israel, and the United States. We ensure international transfers comply with Swiss data protection requirements by relying on:

  • Adequacy Decisions: Countries recognized by the Swiss Federal Council as providing adequate data protection (e.g., EU/EEA, Israel).
