Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloads (PDFs, E-books) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Live Lessons (Zoom): At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or receive a refund. Late cancellations or "No-Shows" (15+ minutes late) will result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee.

Memberships: You may cancel at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.

Performance Bookings: Performance services are governed by a separate signed contract and are not covered by this general policy.
